Event: On Friday February 11th, 2022, at 21:16 hours (CST), there was a services intermittence in one of our physical hosting servers.
Services affected: Internet Data Center #1 - AUS. Specific shared hosting servers with web and database services, as well as primary SiteRemote server and certain VPS servers.
- 21:25 hrs CST. Our support team is checking probable causes and looking for a solution. An engineer has been dispatched to IDC to physically check the server.
- 22:40 hrs CST. Our tech engineer arrives to IDC and is physically checking the affected server and conducting tests to determine the cause.
- 23:55 hrs CST. It is determined that the cause is a VMWare ESXi system corruption. We will proceed to install a new ESXi booting OS and then restore all services.
- 00:40 hrs CST. Saturday, February 12th. All affected services has been restored successfully.
