How to add a signature on Web Mail

The following is required:

  1. Have Alveni Cloud hosting services
  2. Mail accounts made and with access from the webpage.

Description:

A signature may contain text, images or a combination of both and is automatically added at the end of every email that is sent. You can make and personalize your signatures for different purposes.


Step by step:

  1. Inside your email, select Settings at the top.
  2. At the left, select “Signatures”
  3. Click on “New Signature”
  4. Make the signature however you prefer, you can add more than one.
  5. Once you’re finished and you have clicked on Save, you can select the Signature to use to the right on “Mapped Field”
  6. Select the signature of your preference.
  7. Just above the option for “New Signature” is an option to Save. We click on it and we’re finished.
  8. Your emails will now include the signature selected.
