Requirements to complete the import of email contacts in the Outlook client
1.- Have contracted email service in Alveni Cloud
2.- Have the Outlook mail client installed on the computer
Description:
Microsoft Outlook is an email client from Microsoft, and is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
This information is valid for versions of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2016.
If you wish to transfer your contacts you can do so by sending contact by contact through VCARD following the following steps:
Step 1: Log in to your email account through the web interface at: mail.alvenicloud.com or mail. (Your domain).
Step 2: After logging into your email account go to and click on the contacts icon in the upper left corner as indicated by the arrow.
Step 3: Click on the contact options box as indicated by the arrow and click on the option to export all VCard cards.
Step 4: After that a compressed file will be downloaded in .zip. locate it and decompress it.
Step 5: Open Microsoft Outlook and log in with your email account in Microsoft Outlook and then go to the open section on the top left of your screen and click on the option to open or export.
Step 6: Select the option to import a VCARD file (.vcf)
Step 7: Select the VCard files to be imported from the location where you have stored them in the VCards file that you unzipped, only allow 1 by 1 export,
