These are the requirements to complete the configuration of the email account in the Outlook client
1.- Have hired any hosting service in Alveni Cloud
2.- Have the Outlook mail client installed on the computer
Microsoft Outlook is an email client from Microsoft, and is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
This information is valid for versions of Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010 and 2013 and 2016 on Windows XP, 7, 8, and 8.1 platforms. and 10

Steps to follow:
1.-At the top of your Outlook you have an option that says Tools / Tools, we give a click to that option,
2.-Within Tools / Tools we have the option Mail Accounts / E-mail accounts another click and a box appears
3.-We select the option that says Add a new email account / Add a new e-mail account
4.-We select the option POP3 and press the next button / next, then a window appears asking us to add information about our email account, in name / your name, add our name and surname, in email address -mail address we place our mail (email@example.com) being yourcompany.com the true domain of your company.
5.-In server information we are going to add both in POP3 and in SMTP mail.yourcompany.com again being yourcompany.com domain of your company, in the part below there is an option that says More settings / More settings we give you a click and select the option Output server / Outgoing server enable the option My server output (SMTP) requires authentication / My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, press accept / ok and end / finish.
Your configuration should have the following information listed , if not please change and test:
User email account: firstname.lastname@example.org
Password: ********* (enter your email password)
POP3 entry server: mail.alvenicloud.com
SMTP output server: mail.alvenicloud.com
Port POP3: 995/110
Port SMTP: 587/25
Port IMAP: 993/143
Authentication: enter your email password
The mail service offered by Alveni Cloud can be configured on any computer with Windows operating system, Mac OS as well as on mobile devices.
