How to Add a Calendar to Outlook

Requirements:

  • Have Microsoft Office installed (these steps were performed using the Office 365 version).
  • Have any MailPro plan contracted.
  • Have all MailPro service payments up to date.

1.- Access the MailPro web portal at the following link: MailPro Portal and log in using your email address and password.

2.- In the MailPro portal, locate and click on “Calendar”.

3.- In Calendar, click on the three dots to view the available options.

4.- Select the “Add To Outlook” option.

5.- A window will appear with the following warning message, which is important to take into account:
“Add to Outlook will connect SmarterMail to Microsoft Outlook. When using Outlook 2003, all information will be read-only. When using Outlook 2007 and above, SmarterMail and Outlook will be synchronized as changes occur in either application.”

Select the version of Outlook you have installed, choose which calendar you want to add (in case you have any shared calendars), and click OK.

6.- Next, a dialog box will appear indicating that the website wants to open the Calendar in Outlook. Click Allow and Open.

7.- In Outlook, the following message will appear indicating that the Calendar is attempting to connect with Outlook. Click Yes.

8.- Your MailPro Calendar is now connected and synchronized with Outlook.
